Distance Learning in Counseling



I’m a sailor and looking to take some college classes on line. I found a school called CMIT in Ireland that has the class I’m interested in. (drug and alcohol counsellor) The web page says it is a level 3 accredited school. My question is what would that be equivalent to in the united states’ BA’

I asked this in a different category but didn’t get an answer so I figured I would try in here. any help would be great. Thank you.
